On Thursday, November 27^th, our Christmas Celebration will take place at school.

The celebration will begin at 4:00 p.m. and end at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Classes will finish at 12:00 noon that day (after lunch). You may pick up your child afterward to make sure they are dressed warmly for the event.
If you would like your child to be supervised at school until the start of the Christmas Celebration, please register with Ms. Erath at: s.erath@pgs.arche-twi.com
For children who do not usually attend Thursday afternoon care, a one-time fee of €10.00 will be charged for this additional supervision.

The children have already prepared several program items for the celebration. There will also be a small Christmas Market again, featuring handmade crafts by our students and kitchen staff, as well as products made by the children in their Kneipp lessons.

We kindly ask that you remain until the end of the celebration and say goodbye to your child’s homeroom teacher before leaving.

Food and drinks will include baked potatoes with homemade (Kneipp) herb quark, Vienna sausages, and homemade non-alcoholic punch.

Please fill out the attached form by Tuesday, November 18^th, 2025, and return it in an envelope together with the exact amount for your desired food and drinks. You will receive your envelope back with the vouchers (Bons) for the event.

Prices:     1 serving of baked potatoes with herb quark        €3.00

1 pair of Vienna sausages in a roll                       €3.00

1 cup of punch                                                       €2.00

We will prepare a few extra cups of punch, so refills will be available.

We would greatly appreciate it if parents could help with cleanup after the celebration.
